Overview In this role you will lead the tactical planning and execution of paid social media campaigns for Fem Care, ensuring alignment with brand goals. You will collaborate with Digital Media, Marketing Technology, and agency partners to optimize media plans and measure impact through data-driven insights. You will translate performance into actionable recommendations and present findings to strategic planners and brand teams. This position offers the opportunity to shape growth through targeted social programs and cross-functional collaboration within a global consumer goods environment.
Responsibilities- Create and manage social tactical plans, audience creation, campaign setup, execution, tagging/trafficking of assets, and reporting across social channels
- Monitor pacing and performance to ensure alignment with brand goals; optimize campaigns based on quantitative and qualitative metrics
- Present recaps and insights to strategic planners and brand teams
- Collaborate with Digital Media and Marketing Technology teams to enable and optimize media plans
- Act as subject matter expert for paid social channels; work with creative and PR agencies to execute programs
- Develop digital media journeys, on-ramps, and audience strategies for targeted, premium media programs
- Work with the broader media team to drive platform capability improvements and strategic shifts
- Lead learning agendas across brands, measuring, optimizing, and disseminating findings Across the organization
- Coordinate with in-house and external media and creative agencies for integrated media and communications plans
Key requirements- 1+ years of experience executing holistic paid digital media campaigns in social platforms
