Overview

In this Program Manager role you lead and coordinate engineering programs, overseeing scheduling, cost analysis, and first customer shipment. You'll drive cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Production, Product Management and Purchasing to meet forecasted demand and customer satisfaction. The role emphasizes planning, NPI/FAI/ECO support, and material strategy to accelerate time-to-market and deliver scalable products. You will shape supply chain and manufacturing processes while tackling post-sale service planning and obsolescence risk.

Responsibilities
  • Interface with key OEM customers to provide turnkey manufacturing services
  • Lead day-to-day production planning, material readiness, shortage prevention, order fulfillment, quality control, and new product development topics
  • Coordinate cross-functional tasks from Sales, Production, Product Management, and Purchasing to deliver products and solutions
  • Assist engineering programs including NPI, FAI and ECO scheduling and material planning
  • Analyze forecast demands and maintain material schedules to ensure on-time fulfillment and prevent shortages
  • Manage end-of-life product schedule and material disposition; plan post-sale service to prevent excess obsolescence
  • Identify and drive supply chain, production, and product life cycle process improvements
  • Handle special projects as assigned
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in the computer/server industry
  • Experience in contract manufacturing, product development, PM, quality control, and/or procurement support; knowledge of material-related and quick-turn ETO environments
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time
  • Ability to coordinate efficiently with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Logistics)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills
  • Advanced level in Excel and PowerPoint; SAP ERP experience preferred
