Responsibilities- Lead site design from concept through construction documents on land-development and building projects
- Design and direct stormwater management and utility systems
- Prepare site permitting applications and supporting reports at local, state, and federal levels
- Issue construction documents and oversee construction administration
- Mentor project staff and run internal quality reviews across disciplines
Key requirements- 10+ years in site and land development design
- Bachelor in Civil Engineering; PE
- Command of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and HydroCAD
