Responsibilities- Define and drive forward looking technical strategy aligned with product roadmaps and customer priorities
- Architect scalable enterprise applications with emphasis on availability, fault tolerance and security
- Lead cross functional collaboration with product, UX, data science, and engineering leaders to translate ambiguity into roadmaps
- Provide hands on technical guidance and deep architectural input
- Coach and develop engineers and technical leaders, building organizational capability for long term goals
Key requirements- 12+ years in software engineering with focus on distributed systems, backend infrastructure, and enterprise apps
- Proven track record designing, building, and scaling reliable production systems
- Strong understanding of reliability engineering, performance optimization, and scalable tooling for large teams
- Ability to translate high level ambiguity into concrete technical roadmaps for teams and stakeholders
