Overview Join RTX as an Electrical Engineer focusing on analog and power design. You will work with a cross-functional team to design, analyze, simulate, test, and document power and analog subsystems for defense-focused products. This onsite role emphasizes collaboration with production and test activities, contributing to advanced power systems at multiple MA locations. You'll apply hands-on lab skills to solve challenging design problems and advance mission-critical applications.

Responsibilities- Collaborate with engineers to create designs based on requirements and Raytheon guidelines
- Design, analyze, simulate, test, and document analog and power design products
- Provide production, integration, and test support
- Travel to multiple MA locations as needed to support programs
Key requirements- Degree in STEM with 5+ years of experience or Advanced Degree with 3+ years of experience
- Design, test, and/or production experience in analog or power electronics, power systems, or related areas
- Experience with modeling/simulation tools (PSPICE, MATLAB/Simulink)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to lead or manage small teams
