You work closely with the General Manager to set and achieve F&I goals and maintain strong lender relationships. You'll upsell protection products and manage relationships with internal and external customers. Responsibilities- Support the dealership F&I selling process for compliance and disclosure at vehicle deliveries
- Generate income through selling protection products (service contracts, maintenance plans)
- Benchmark dealership production goals with the General Manager to track F&I growth
- Maintain relationships with finance sources (lenders, manufacturers) for optimal internal and external customer outcomes
Key requirements- 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Finance Manager
- Reynolds & Reynolds (IGNITE), RouteOne, eLeads experience preferred
- Ability to process all retail deliveries and complete required paperwork
- Ability to lead sales staff to improve profitability and meet/exceed goals
- Basic MS Office knowledge; general computer, internet proficiency, and math skills
- Associate's degree or bachelor's degree, preferred
