Senior Director, Real Estate Solutions, Valuation Corporate Finance

In this Director role, you will lead valuation advisory work for real estate assets, helping clients across disputes, acquisitions, portfolios and financing. You'll work within the Real Estate Solution Group to analyze markets, develop cash flow models, and prepare expert and USPAP-compliant reports. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage data from platforms like CoStar and CompStak to support strategic decisions. • Assist in data collection and analysis to form market value opinions for diverse real estate uses
• Perform research and analyses of operating performance, market trends, and valuation of investment properties and development projects
• Utilize research subscriptions (CoStar, CompStak) to inform analyses
• Review and synthesize source documents to create cash flow assumptions and projections
• Apply finance, economics, and accounting skills to real estate valuation, financial modeling, due diligence
• Analyze large data sets related to complex properties or portfolios
• Prepare complex cash flow projections using MS Excel and Argus
• Draft reports for clients and FTI management, including expert and rebuttal reports and USPAP-compliant appraisals
• Support collaboration with clients and internal teams to deliver valuation services

• Degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting and/or Economics
• State Certified General Real Estate Appraisal license
• MAI designation or intent to pursue MAI
• Experience in Argus Enterprise and Microsoft Excel
• Willingness to travel to clients and offices
• Authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship)
