Responsibilities- Lead implementation and day to day operations of a comprehensive information security strategy aligned with firm goals
- Act as senior security advisor across multiple technical domains for project teams and senior leaders
- Design secure architectures for applications and platforms across on premises and multi cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP) including AI-enabled solutions
- Develop and maintain cloud vendor relationships and advocate for useful security features; create security baselines and design patterns
- Stay current with security trends, regulations, and AI technologies; facilitate internal skills development
- Provide security guidance on emerging technologies, lead stakeholder engagement, and mentor junior staff
Key requirements- Minimum eight years of security architecture experience, preferably in professional services or similar
- Deep technical expertise across multiple domains including cloud, IAM, IT infrastructure, and emerging AI technologies
- Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or GED with at least ten years of experience accepted
- Certifications: CISSP and either CCSP or CCSK (or equivalent); other relevant: AZ-500, Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer, AWS Security Specialty, etc.
- Experience delivering secure solutions in complex, regulated environments and designing as a service models (SaaS, AI-enabled, agentic)
- Ability to define security requirements and enable teams to implement them within SDLC and DevSecOps
- Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills; able to work across levels of responsibility
