Overview In this role you will bridge business needs and Snowflake's data solutions, guiding complex sales cycles from demos to POCs and design. You'll articulate Snowflake's strategy to executives and technical teams, staying ahead of AI and data technologies to position Snowflake against competitors. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to continuously improve offerings and customer value. This is a high-impact, remote role with travel that shapes how data and AI solutions are deployed at scale across enterprise customers.
Responsibilities- Present Snowflake technology and vision to executives and technical contributors
- Demonstrate and communicate value through the sales cycle from demo to POC to implementation
- Stay abreast of competitive and complementary technologies and position Snowflake accordingly
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to improve products and marketing
- Support enterprise sales processes and help navigate winning sales cycles
Key requirements- 5-7+ years of industry experience with at least 5 years in a pre-sales environment
- 5+ years building and deploying machine learning and generative AI solutions in the cloud
- Proven ability to leverage AI code generation tools to accelerate productivity
- Strong presenting skills to technical and executive audiences
- Broad experience in large-scale Database and/or Data Warehouse tech, ETL, analytics, and cloud technologies (Data Lake, Data Mesh, Data Fabric)
- Hands-on expertise with SQL, SQL analytics, and Python
- Ability to map customer business problems to Snowflake solutions and perform deep architecture discovery
- University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related fields, or equivalent experience; Masters in Data Science or Business Administration a plus
- Experience with GSIs (EY, Deloitte, Accenture) beneficial but not required
