Overview In this role you drive the sale of Johnson Controls service offerings to building owners, focusing on long-term partnerships and renewable service agreements. You work with owners at the director level to meet service and retrofit objectives, expanding offerings within accounts and closing opportunities monthly. You operate under direction to achieve profitable sales while improving buildings to help owners reach business goals. You combine technical solutioning with relationship-building to influence decision-makers and deliver measurable value.

Responsibilities- Sell Johnson Controls service offerings to building owners with a focus on renewables and multi-year agreements
- Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with target and managed accounts
- Close new sales opportunities on a monthly basis and expand within existing accounts
- Renew and expand service agreements, including multi-year contracts
- Build partnerships with owners or representatives responsible for decision-making
- Listen actively, diagnose concerns, and align solutions to the customer's business needs
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field
- Minimum six years of progressive field sales experience
- At least one year of experience selling HVAC or building automation service or projects
- Demonstrated integrity and commitment to quality
- Strong initiative and interpersonal communication skills
