Overview In this role you will lead the Financial Reporting team within Corporate Controllership, ensuring timely and high-quality external disclosures and resident controls. You will partner with consolidations, investor relations, and cross functional partners to drive policy improvements and complex accounting matters. The position combines hands on technical accounting with team leadership, including a Cebu COE collaboration and interaction with external auditors. You will help shape reporting processes and ensure readiness for GAAP/SEC disclosures, with opportunities for continuous learning and mentorship.

Responsibilities- Own the preparation, review and filing of Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K under tight deadlines
- Oversee annual preparation, review, filing and audit of Form 11-K and US Pension Plan financial statements
- Benchmark reporting trends and ensure transparent, high-quality disclosures
- Assist Investor Relations with earnings materials
- Act as SME on complex accounting areas (share-based compensation, EPS, debt, hedge accounting)
- Manage and guide the Lease COE in Cebu, Philippines
- Research accounting literature and prepare memos and policy documentation
- Lead implementation of new accounting pronouncements and related disclosures
- Maintain the accounting policy manual and coordinate updates
- Coordinate with external auditors and drive process improvements
- Supervise and mentor the Financial Reporting team and support career development
- Review XBRL exhibits
- Contribute to various ad-hoc projects
Key requirements- 6+ years of relevant, progressive experience in public accounting and private industry at a public company
- Undergraduate accounting or finance degree
- CPA
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong project management and prioritization abilities
