Overview As Sr. Manager, you will shape the platform strategy for MedTech CxM Marketing, guiding end-to-end platform delivery to unlock business value. You'll partner with architecture, product, and platform teams to align roadmaps with enterprise standards while managing a multi-million-dollar budget. You'll drive AI-enabled, data-centric lifecycle processes and ensure scalability, security, and compliance across OpCos. This is a leadership role that connects business goals with technology to advance MedTech Global Commercial capabilities.

Responsibilities- Define platform vision and strategy to maximize business value
- Own end-to-end platform lifecycle, including production operations and performance management
- Enable AI-driven data-centric lifecycle processes across the ecosystem
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and standardization across OpCos and legacy systems
- Coordinate cross-functional backlog with Product Owners and Platform Architects
- Manage cross-team dependencies and balance business value with technical feasibility and cost
- Lead vendor management and stay ahead of tech trends in CxM Marketing
- Drive alignment with Enterprise Architecture and governance standards (APIs, security, data standards)
- Oversee platform selection decisions (build vs. buy) and architecture of critical capabilities
- Administer budgets, resources, and IT procedures (ISRM, GxP, SOX, asset management)
- Coach Product Owners/Managers on platform consumption and continuous improvement
- Handle on-call rotations, incident triage, and root-cause analysis with corrective actions
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, CS, Business, Engineering or related field
- 10+ years progressively advanced IT/technology roles
- Expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, Copilot and Copilot Studio
- Proven leadership of global teams and complex, time- and cost-constrained programs
- Experience with software product development lifecycle and SAFe
- Strong collaboration, facilitation and influencing skills across levels
- Experience in vendor management and product vision/strategy
- Experience integrating products with platform, data management, API design, and Cloud Native tech
