Overview As Senior Partner Marketing Manager, you will drive demand and awareness among CPA firms to position Sage Intacct as the trusted financial management solution. You'll shape and execute marketing strategies that engage firm leaders and generate referrals, partnering with cross-functional teams and practice leads. The role blends strategic planning with hands-on campaigns to activate CPA partnerships and SQOs. You'll operate in a growth-focused, collaborative environment that values data-driven optimization and impact.

Responsibilities- Collaborate with CPA firms that run a digital practice and are Sage Intacct value added resellers to plan and execute co-marketing campaigns that drive demand and generate sales qualified opportunities (SQOs)
- Serve as the primary marketing contact for assigned VAR partners, fostering strong relationships and alignment with Sage's strategic goals
- Build referral programs to activate CPA firm referrals
- Collaborate with Partner Sales, Product Marketing, and internal Performance Marketing teams to support partner marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Provide strategic and consultative guidance to partners on marketing best practices, campaign execution, and performance optimization
- Track, measure, and report on partner campaign performance and planned activities, including insights into what's working well and where improvements are needed
- Manage partner MDF (Market Development Funds) and ensure effective utilization and ROI
- Support partner enablement through marketing content, tools, and training
- Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with partners and Sage Partner Sales Leadership to assess marketing impact and identify growth opportunities
- Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities to inform partner strategies
Key requirements- 5 years of experience marketing accounting and financial management software or ERP solutions
- A background as an accountant or experience marketing at or to CPA firms
- Demand gen marketing experience including lead flow, campaign strategies and tactics preferred
- Experience tracking integrated campaign and funnel performance-from MQL through SQL-and using analysis to identify gaps, measure results, and optimize co-marketing programs
- Ability to build trusted, consultative partner relationships and influence adoption of marketing programs to deliver measurable results
