You'll start in a financial center, delivering core banking and investment solutions with support from the Academy. Progression to Stage II expands client ownership and cross-team collaboration. Responsibilities- Obtain required securities licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) within stated timelines
- Develop and manage client relationships and assess financial needs
- Provide end-to-end financial guidance and client reviews/presentations
- Collaborate with banking and investment partners to connect clients with suitable solutions
- Progress through staged development with Academy support
- Build a network across banking centers to grow client base
