Overview

In this role you drive the OneLM Mission-Driven Transformation as a Program Manager within the Enterprise Data Product & Ontology group. You'll coordinate cross-functional analytics initiatives, align delivery with business needs and budgets, and guide delivery timelines across the 1LMX program. You will lead scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful deployment of Enterprise Control Tower capabilities. This is a chance to shape large-scale transformation in a mission-focused environment.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate recruitment, selection, training, and performance assessment of project staff
  • Manage agile team alignment for delivery schedules and releases
  • Collaborate with IT service owners, business partners, and leadership to align capabilities with business needs and budgets
  • Establish and monitor milestones and master plans, including Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for Enterprise Control Tower
  • Lead CAM for Enterprise Control Tower
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and status reporting to senior leadership
  • Identify and resolve program problems, allocate resources, and adjust contractual specifications
  • Manage risks, issues, and opportunities to ensure successful deployment of 1LMX products
  • Monitor issues, develop resolutions, and ensure alignment with Portfolio/Program goals and metrics
  • Report metrics and risks to senior-level internal customers
Key requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years Project/Program Management experience
  • Minimum of 3 years Earned Value Management experience (cost/budgeting, schedule, risk evaluation/mitigation, metrics/reporting & project execution)
  • US Citizenship required due to system access
  • Proven business acumen to balance technical requirements with business needs and affordability
  • Strong leadership, planning, communication and presentation skills with the ability to listen and influence
  • Demonstrated collaboration and teaming skills at all levels of the organization
  • Experience building effective stakeholder and partner relationships
  • Experience leading in an ambiguous environment with the ability to pivot and drive results
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment
