Responsibilities- Serve as a technical expert in Epitaxy process and equipment with 10+ years of wafer fab experience
- Use data analytics to diagnose EPI yield/integration issues and drive solutions
- Lead problem-solving discussions with customers on high-value problems and CI projects
- Drive value through defect/variability reduction, output optimization, and process capability improvements
- Champion adoption of FabVantage offerings and conduct on-site evaluations and joint development programs
- Resolve complex tool issues using analytics and FV troubleshooting methodologies; provide root-cause reports
- Mentor junior engineers and lead project teams through high-risk, complex initiatives
- Demonstrate advanced integration knowledge across multiple processes and technologies
- Communicate complex ideas effectively to senior stakeholders and influence decisions
Key requirements- BS/MS in Engineering
- 10+ years of Epi process or equipment experience
- Wafer Fab Process/Equipment experience
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
