Overview In this role you will contribute to major infrastructure projects by leading and delivering engineering products and analyses. You work within the Critical Infrastructure team to meet quality requirements, provide technical direction, and coordinate with CAD designers and engineers. You'll take on project leadership on small to mid-size efforts, shaping solutions that strengthen communities. Responsibilities- Develop and supervise engineering products to meet quality requirements, including scoping, budgeting, scheduling, and reporting
- Prepare detailed calculations, drawings, procurement documents, design/installation packages, and technical reports
- Provide support for other engineering activities as needed
- May supervise subordinates and contribute to performance evaluations
- Potentially serve as lead engineer for a discipline on small to intermediate projects
- Guide CAD Designers/Drafters and engineers on the same project
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 5+ years of related work experience
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certificate required; Professional Engineering license preferred
- Proficiency in CAD and other PC software packages used in engineering
