Product Marketing Director

In this role you will shape and execute product marketing strategies to boost awareness, adoption, and growth of Adobe-powered offerings within Merkle's services. You'll work on cross-functional initiatives to design joint solutions that fuse Adobe technology with our strategic services, driving measurable client impact. You will lead market research, inform positioning and go-to-market plans, and manage the full lifecycle from ideation to post-launch optimization. • Serve as SME on Adobe technology products and translate features into customer benefits
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to design joint Adobe-Merkle solutions
• Develop and execute product marketing strategies aligned with company goals
• Drive market research to uncover trends, insights, and competitive intelligence
• Manage full product marketing lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization
• Coordinate with product management, growth, partner marketing, and corporate communications for aligned messaging
• Monitor KPIs and share performance insights with senior leadership
• Build stakeholder relationships to gather feedback and improve offerings and marketing approaches
• Champion innovation and stay ahead of industry trends and best practices

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 8+ years of product marketing experience in technology
• Experience in partner/alliance marketing or joint ventures in tech or tech+services
• Deep understanding of industry trends including identity, data, technology, and AI
• Proven collaboration with product development and sales/marketing teams to drive results
• Ability to translate complex technical features into customer benefits
• Excellent written, presentation, and storytelling skills
• Strong analytical skills with data interpretation and marketing optimization experience
• Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and digital marketing strategies
