Overview

In this senior role, you will define and drive the strategy for payment products within Treasury Management, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with regulatory standards and business goals. You will lead cross-functional teams to shape product ideation, development, and commercialization, delivering client-centric payments that differentiate the bank. You will monitor market trends and regulatory changes to proactively refine offerings while mentoring a high-performing team. This position offers influence across platforms and a chance to impact client experience at scale in a modern, relationship-focused bank.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic vision for payment products including ACH, wire, RTP, card solutions, and emerging technologies
  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch with requirements, design, pricing, and commercialization
  • Manage product performance for competitive differentiation and profitability
  • Maintain knowledge of treasury management products, policies, legislation, and industry trends
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and collaborate with legal, compliance, and risk teams to address changes
  • Focus on client-centric design and delivery, assessing client needs and tailoring solutions accordingly
  • Collaborate with RMs, TM Sales Advisory, Technology, and Operations to support client needs and balance sheet strategy
  • Represent Treasury Management in forums and advocate for payment capabilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing product management team, fostering innovation and accountability
Key requirements
  • More than 10 years of experience in payments product management, treasury management, or related roles
  • Proven leadership in developing and managing payment solutions within a large financial institution
  • Strong knowledge of payment systems, industry trends, regulatory environment, and risk considerations
  • Ability to drive product strategy, innovation, and commercialization
