Overview In this role you will steer strategic supply-network development and cost management for Anduril's Counter Intrusion line. You'll work with suppliers and cross-functional teams to accelerate product development, optimize BOMs, and manage costs across the lifecycle. You'll shape supplier engagement, early cost modeling, and risk assessments to enable scalable, high-mown-value production. Responsibilities- Select suppliers for specific products using approved lists
- Collaborate with strategic suppliers to accelerate development via scoping, trade-off analysis, should-cost models, and joint design efforts
- Develop and consolidate manufacturing BOMs with Quality & Manufacturing to support internal and supplier production
- Manage CAPEX for NPI and perform value-stream mapping to optimize lead times and flexibility
- Complete BOM risk assessments including alternate sourcing and component qualifications
- Reduce complexity through commonality optimization and supplier rationalization
- Lead cost engineering to converge bottom-up costs to product cost and optimize total cost of ownership
- Handle ad-hoc cost issues such as tariffs and cost inflation
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field
- 6+ years in sourcing engineering, supplier engagement and development, or electronics/mechanical design
- Domain expertise in value/procurement engineering or TCO at component/product level
- Ability to travel 10%-40%
- Ability to relocate to onsite in Costa Mesa, CA
