Overview In this role you will lead a maintenance and reliability program to optimize capacity and quality across a region. You will supervise a team and coordinate with plant staff, contractors, and leadership to deploy leading maintenance practices that meet safety and regulatory standards. Responsibilities- Supervise the execution of asset maintenance strategies for high-hazard processes
- Implement and monitor methodologies to improve operational effectiveness in compliance with codes and standards
- Lead integration of contractor partners and equipment support for plant operations
- Partner with regional and global leadership to develop area leading practices
- Oversee development of the area operational budget and track progress against it
- Lead and develop a team, coach and make talent-related decisions
- Other duties as assigned
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of four years of related work experience
- Two years of supervisory experience
- Experience overseeing third-party resources to deliver business results
- Knowledge of related tools, process controls and area technology systems
- Experienced in using SAP and various reliability software and tools
- Pet food industry experience and/or extrusion experience
