Overview

You will help build market adoption for a potential first-in-class Tourette syndrome treatment within a newly formed sales organization. As a strategic partner to healthcare providers and cross-functional teams, you'll shape territory strategy and drive sustainable sales growth while upholding Teva's compliance standards. This role blends relationship building with data-driven decision making to address an unmet patient need at scale. You'll work closely with cross-functional partners to deliver impact in a high-performance, inclusive culture.

Responsibilities
  • Build rapport with regional teams, cross-functional partners, and external healthcare contacts
  • Provide product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing to customers
  • Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical staff to promote products and educate patients
  • Develop and grow key accounts with tailored solutions and market insights
  • Review and analyze sales data to create effective territory plans and manage promotional budget
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute cohesive sales strategies
  • Maintain target call averages with top-tier healthcare providers
  • Take calculated risks to creatively improve geographic performance
  • Adhere to Teva's compliance policies and guidelines
  • Achieve sales targets and complete administrative duties for geographic assignments
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (minimum requirement)
  • Documented B2B sales experience; pharmaceutical sales preferred
  • Experience managing complex healthcare accounts and engaging multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in neurology, psychiatry, pediatric, rare disease, or specialty therapeutics preferred
  • New product launch experience in specialty or complex disease markets preferred
  • Ability to travel regularly (including air travel) and drive a valid US license
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage HCPs face-to-face and virtually
  • Background checks and drug screening clearance
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Knowledge of reimbursement, managed care, or marketing
  • Technology proficiency for virtual engagements and CRM usage
