Overview As Senior Client Manager, you will be the primary contact for your assigned book of business, driving growth and ensuring retention. You will cultivate deep client relationships, manage revenue targets, and lead contract negotiations to expand partnerships. You will collaborate across Sales, Operations, Product, Services, and Marketing to deliver value and a superior OneZelis experience. You'll translate client needs into strategic plans, anticipate risks, and present results to executives. This role offers impact in shaping client strategies within the healthcare payer space.

Responsibilities- Maximize client relationships by understanding client strategies, needs, and challenges and aligning Zelis solutions
- Manage revenue targets, budgets, forecasts, and product utilization for the book of business
- Lead client renewals and negotiations, expanding partnerships
- Identify and mitigate risks in client relationships and service delivery
- Drive revenue growth through product optimization and clear differentiation of Zelis offerings
- Uncover growth opportunities and collaborate with Sales to cross-sell and expand within accounts
- Demonstrate client value through reporting and alignment with business goals
- Lead client business reviews and account planning to optimize value
- Foster client advocacy, secure references, and support case studies as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate client needs and market trends
Key requirements- 5+ years in client management or account management
- Extensive knowledge of the payer space and healthcare ecosystem
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, cost management, electronic payments, or healthcare communications
- Proven track record in revenue management and increasing utilization for mid-to-large enterprise clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and meeting management skills
- Ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences and influence across a matrixed organization
- Strong collaboration with Sales, Operations, Product, Services, and Marketing
- Data-driven mindset with ability to identify trends and synthesize insights into narratives
- Strategic thinking, executive communication, and ability to develop account plans
