Overview In this role you lead TrendAI's global events program, focusing on major North American industry shows while also managing Tier-1 internal and external events. You will collaborate with marketing, sales and leadership to deliver high-impact experiences that support pipeline, brand awareness and customer engagement. You'll translate event strategy into flawless on-site execution, balancing budgets, timelines and multi-stakeholder coordination. Responsibilities- Lead planning and execution of major industry trade shows and conferences across North America
- End-to-end event delivery from budgeting to post-event analysis
- Coordinate booth builds, sponsorships, speaking opportunities, meetings, hospitality, branding, signage, staffing, and logistics
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to drive engagement, pipeline and brand awareness
- Manage relationships with event organizers, venues, agencies, suppliers and partners
- Oversee budgets, contracts, timelines, POs, and supplier deliverables
- Ensure consistent, high-quality brand experiences across events
- Identify opportunities to maximise investment through sponsorships, partnerships and activations
- Plan Tier 1 internal and external events (executive, customer, partner programs)
- Develop cross-functional event objectives, timelines, run-of-show, and success metrics
- Coordinate executive and VIP participation for seamless experiences
- Support global events calendar alignment and resource optimization
- Share best practices and learnings across the team
- Establish and track event KPIs (attendance, engagement, pipeline influence, ROI)
- Produce post-event reporting and recommendations for future programmes
- Maintain event documentation across the portfolio
Key requirements- 3-5 years of professional events experience in tech, cybersecurity, SaaS, cloud or B2B environments
- Experience managing large-scale trade shows and conferences (e.g., Black Hat, RSAC, AWS re)
- End-to-end event management experience from strategy to post-event analysis
- Budgets, vendors, agencies, contracts, timelines, multiple workstreams management
- Strong project management and organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Experience working with senior executives, customers, partners and cross-functional leadership
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, global environment with changing priorities
- Commercial understanding of how events impact brand, engagement, sales and pipeline
