Overview In this role you contribute to wireless hardware design for hearing aids, guiding products through development and validation. You'll test and troubleshoot RF performance, pursue continuous improvements, and support transferring knowledge into manufacturing. You will also provide technical leadership to technicians within a cross-functional team, shaping reliable wireless solutions. Responsibilities- Design wireless hardware for products through the product development process
- Test and troubleshoot to characterize unit and system-level RF performance
- Drive continuous improvement in product and process
- Support transfer of products and knowledge into manufacturing
- Provide work direction to technicians
Key requirements- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field with 2 years' RF or Optics Design experience
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field with 5 years' RF or Optics Design experience
- Proficiency in RF hardware design concepts, practices, and procedures
- Antenna design and testing
- Design and test methods for body-loaded consumer electronics
