Overview In this role you provide tailored financial advice and solutions to clients to help them hit their goals. You will triage leads, refer to partners based on client needs, and meet with clients to review goals and recommend products. You expand knowledge through licenses and training, and may handle residential mortgage needs under regulatory SAFE Act requirements. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to support clients and grow the business, contributing to responsible growth and an inclusive, client-centric culture.

Responsibilities- Plan clients' short- and long-term financial goals using brokerage products and banking/managed solutions
- Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client needs
- Triages client requests and refers to internal service providers based on needs and asset thresholds
- Mitigate and manage risk in daily activities
- Identify and engage new clients through referrals or existing clientele
- Complete required licenses and trainings; maintain SAFE Act registration where applicable
