Overview As a maintenance supervisor, you lead the maintenance and reliability function to ensure safe, efficient asset use and lifecycle cost optimization. You'll align the maintenance team with the plant's reliability goals, driving proactive approaches and data-driven improvements. You will address equipment failures through RCA and support the deployment of standard work processes across maintenance activities. This role offers meaningful impact by advancing reliability culture and asset stewardship.

Responsibilities- Promote environmental, health, and safety excellence within the maintenance team
- Help manage maintenance and reliability budget to meet production and asset reliability targets
- Ensure compliance with standard reliability and maintenance work processes
- Contribute to succession planning, workforce development, and training initiatives
- Oversee critical spare parts inventory and optimize materials flow using automation where appropriate
- Provide data and insights for benchmarking and continuous improvement
- Support Management of Change (MOC) processes for safe maintenance changes
- Assist in executing and improving the site's reliability strategy
- Foster a reliability-focused culture and address root causes of failures via RCA
- Support implementation of proactive/preventive maintenance through appropriate structures, tools, and technologies
- Ensure effective use of work order planning, scheduling, and materials kitting to maximize efficiency
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in engineering or science technology, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years' experience in reliability and/or maintenance with focus on electrical
- Experience with standard corporate maintenance workflow processes
- Proven ability to lead Root Cause Failure Analysis reviews
- Strong tact and interpersonal skills when dealing with plant staff and maintenance personnel
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills
- Strong administrative and analytical skills, including intermediate to advanced Excel
- Experience with CMMS or comparable system; preferably SAP Plant Maintenance and Materials Management Modules
