Overview As Director of Enterprise Learning & Development, you will shape learning at scale to support Alnylam's ambitious growth and patient-focused mission. You'll drive upskilling and AI-enabled learning, collaborating with HR, IT, and business partners to deliver measurable impact. You'll craft modern, in-flow learning experiences powered by AI and data, emphasizing accessibility and scalability across roles and regions. This role combines strategy, change management, and external partnerships to accelerate performance and adoption.

Responsibilities- Define and evolve the enterprise learning strategy aligned to business goals
- Lead company-wide upskilling and AI literacy initiatives
- Integrate generative and agentic AI into learning with cross-functional partners
- Promote personalized, in-flow learning at scale and build AI responsible usage
- Design learning experiences that drive behavior change and application
- Ensure scalable solutions across regions, roles, and levels
- Embed learning into talent practices (hiring, onboarding, performance, planning)
- Define metrics to measure impact and ROI, guiding investments
- Foster external partnerships to expand capability and scale learning
Key requirements- 8-10+ years in enterprise learning, talent development, or organizational effectiveness
- Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred (MBA a plus)
- Proven success designing enterprise-wide learning strategies with measurable business impact
- Experience leveraging AI, automation, and data-driven platforms for personalized learning
- Strong problem-solving with a test-and-learn mindset
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management at all levels
