Overview In this role, you will lead project development from concept to completion for complex building projects in Albany. You'll drive delivery within scope, schedule, and budget while providing construction oversight and resolving critical challenges. You work closely with cross-functional teams to produce reports, budgets, and controls that add value for the client. This is an opportunity to shape large-scale projects within a collaborative PM/CM team and make a measurable impact on project outcomes.

Responsibilities- Lead project development from conception through completion in line with program objectives
- Provide construction oversight and solve complex project challenges
- Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and project controls
- Prepare and analyze reports, meeting minutes, correspondences, and project invoices
- Coordinate change orders and contractor payments with a focus on cost efficiency
- Ensure safety, quality, and alignment with designers and client facilities
Key requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field
- 8+ years of construction experience on multi-phase, large-scale building/rehabilitation projects
- At least 4 years as an Assistant Project Manager on projects valued >$10 million
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, safety, quality, and coordination with designers
- Full working knowledge of change order and cost review processes; approving contractor payments
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
