Overview In this role you will serve as a subject matter expert for Financial Advisors and Branch staff, guiding them on the breadth of the investment platform. You will collaborate across teams to develop guidelines, tools, and best practices, incorporating feedback to elevate service standards. Expect hands-on exposure to day-to-day management of multiple solutions and to support onboarding, issue resolution, and education initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to impact advisory outcomes and platform effectiveness while working with cross-functional partners.
Responsibilities- Act as SME to educate Advisors, Branch Associates, PMs, and partners on platform inquiries
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement process and service enhancements
- Maintain deep familiarity with the platform to support Advisors and PMs
- Address operational platform issues impacting the field
- Assist with mapping Advisors to appropriate products and services
- Handle account-level exception requests from the field
- Partner with Branch Consultants for educational and networking services
- Perform other duties as assigned
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years relevant experience
- SIE, Series 7 & Series 66 licenses required within 18 months of start date
- Ability to learn and navigate private wealth tech platforms (Thomson ONE, ValueOne, Envestnet)
- Strong client service skills (written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to use AI tools to modify processes or improve decisions
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Team player with ability to lead discussions and presentations
