Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate selling activities for sales reps under supervision
- Interview, hire, and develop top talent; provide ongoing coaching and training
- Develop and execute regional sales plans with Director of Sales to maximize opportunities
- Drive performance to exceed regional goals and targets
- Support reps and customers with timely, high-quality service
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of sales or sales management experience
- MBA or MA preferred (not required)
