Overview In this role you support the Family Medicine Residency Program by organizing administrative operations and coordinating activities for residents and medical students. You will partner with program leadership to align teaching priorities, assess learning, and ensure compliance with policies. You help maintain curriculum, facilitate education in the clinical environment, and liaise with hospitals and departments. This position offers a chance to shape resident education and advance community-based, equitable care.

Responsibilities- Coordinate administrative activities of the Family Medicine Residency Program and assist program leadership with teaching and learning priorities
- Promote competency-based education and resident-centered learning across the program
- Serve as the point of contact for policies, procedures, and program guidelines; troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate on developing and updating operational policies, procedures, and standards; communicate changes
- Identify and report compliance issues and help address duty hour violations
- Maintain residency curriculum with goals and objectives for all training levels
- Establish educational support relationships with residency, fellowship outreach, and related programs
- Provide administrative supervision and act as liaison between residents and leadership as needed
- Coordinate educational activities supporting the curriculum and ensure alignment with educational requirements
- Assist in accreditation materials preparation and internal review documents
- Communicate regularly with the Program Director about schedules, requirements, and evaluations
- Support program-level policy development and strategic planning, including budget monitoring
- Build relationships with other hospitals and departments for recruitment, orientation, and external rotations
Key requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2 years of experience teaching in a residency program (preferred)
