Responsibilities- Drive bookings and revenue growth by identifying new opportunities and closing deals against targets
- Lead capture efforts and develop win strategies for strategic accounts
- Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships, alliances, and joint ventures
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, product, contracts, finance and program management to ensure aligned objectives
- Assess risks and develop mitigation plans for new opportunities
- Engage executives, board members, investors, and industry partners to communicate progress
- Manage proposals for key accounts, including investment case and bid decisions
- Maintain account data and contacts in Salesforce; monitor market trends and customer feedback
- Contribute to marketing collateral and sales enablement tools; share competitive insights with Sales Intelligence and Product teams
- Recommend new market approaches to improve growth and profitability
Key requirements- Executive presence and clear communication
- Deep understanding of ground assets supporting SATCOM and related mission needs
- Strong connectivity to SATCOM, Radar, EW, COMINT/SIGINT user communities
- Proven experience in account management and customer engagement
- U.S. Citizenship (required)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Finance or related field
- Proven success in winning U.S. Government and Commercial contracts
- Experience leading large pursuits through qualification and capture phases
- Domain expertise in space operations, satellite communications, and ground infrastructure
- Willingness to travel 30%-50% and work nights/weekends when needed
