Overview As a Healthcare Operations Manager at DaVita, you will lead an outpatient clinic, shaping patient care and team performance. Responsibilities- Lead and inspire a cross-functional clinical team to deliver high-quality patient care
- Manage clinic operations including budgeting, forecasting, vendor relations, supplies, and compliance
- Partner with Regional Operations Director to address employee and patient concerns and drive regional goals
- Collaborate with clinical and financial teams daily to align with business needs
- Ensure clinic operates within state laws and meets CMS standards and performance programs
- Provide autonomy in clinic management with guidance from director and peers
- Support a culture that rewards shared beliefs and behaviors and drives continuous improvement
- Oversee day-to-day scheduling and operations to match clinic hours and census requirements
Key requirements- Associates degree preferred; Bachelor's degree in related area strongly preferred
- Minimum of one year of management experience in healthcare, business, or military, or equivalent renal experience
- Current CPR certification required (or obtained within 60 days of hire)
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with clinical and financial teams
- Intermediate computer skills with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
