Overview In this leadership role, you will steer a geographically dispersed team to deliver on space program commitments with quality and on schedule. You will drive cross-functional collaboration across SRP, FBM, and Navy Reentry programs, aligning milestones and dependencies. You'll develop and maintain project management artifacts and monitor budgets, risks, and proposals to support future requirements. This position offers the opportunity to influence mission-critical space initiatives and shape resilient, large-scale programs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to transform space capabilities and outcomes.

Responsibilities- Lead daily planning, prioritization, task allocation, and execution for a distributed team, ensuring workload balance and timely delivery.
- Demonstrate leadership in a fast-paced environment managing competing priorities and evolving requirements.
- Drive cross-functional integration across SRP, FBM, and Navy Reentry organizations to align priorities and milestones.
- Develop and maintain project management artifacts (schedules, risk assessments, briefs) for Navy Reentry and SRP initiatives.
- Manage monthly team budget performance, identify risks, and support BOE development for future funding.
Key requirements- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of professional experience
- Extensive project experience or Green Belt certification
- Experience leading large meetings
- Highly detail-oriented
- Proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office
- US Citizen and able to obtain DoD SECRET clearance (drug and background check required)
