Overview In this role you will lead end-to-end legal integration for global acquisitions, partnering with Corporate Development IMO to translate diligence into post-close execution. You'll build integrated roadmaps, establish governance and reporting, and codify repeatable playbooks to scale Legal across transactions. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage outside counsel and vendors, and drive value realization while mitigating risk. This role sits at the center of strategic deals, enabling timely, compliant, and efficient integration aligned to Lyft's growth.

Responsibilities- Own end-to-end legal integration across global acquisitions from diligence to post-close in partnership with IMO
- Build integrated legal roadmaps with dependencies and governance frameworks
- Prepare and lead leadership readouts on legal integration status
- Implement value-realization and risk-retirement tracking; codify repeatable playbooks
- Act as control tower across concurrent transactions; ensure resources, sequencing, and prioritization
- Build and manage integrated plans, milestones, and KPIs; drive cross-functional execution
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, bottlenecks; maintain cross-functional relationships
- Maintain documentation, decision logs, and scalable processes
- Coordinate hub-and-spoke model mapping acquired legal teams to Lyft Legal owners
- Onboard acquired entities, matters, and spend into matter management, eBilling, and contract management platforms
- Lead change management and stand up evolving operating model for legal integration
- Develop and iterate metrics, dashboards measuring progress, spend, and efficiency
- Support deal and integration workstreams across Finance, People, Tax, Security, Privacy
- Work with outside counsel and vendors across jurisdictions; manage budgets and billing guidelines
- Governance and entity management for newly acquired entities
Key requirements- 5-7 years in legal operations, BizOps, program management, or consulting with direct MA integration or large-scale programs
