Overview In this role you will lead technical work for the Walmart Enterprise account, translating RFID and digital ID capabilities into scalable, high-value deployments. You will partner with the SAM to co-create account strategies and drive adoption across Walmart, Sam's Club, and suppliers. You'll bridge customer needs with Avery Dennison's product and R&D capabilities, turning compliance requirements into impactful RFID solutions. This is a hands-on, technical-solution leadership role that shapes how enterprise customers deploy identification technology at scale.

Responsibilities- Serve as the lead technical authority educating Walmart, Sam's Club, and supplier teams on RFID capabilities and ARC/testing protocols
- Co-develop enterprise account strategies with the Strategic Account Manager (SAM) and own the technical sales lifecycle from pilot to rollout
- Co-create PoC frameworks and technical business cases demonstrating ROI to enable revenue opportunities
- Act as primary Voice of the Customer, feeding insights to Product Line Management, R&D, and Innovation
- Maintain technical alignment across converters, chip vendors, and integrators to ensure deployment quality and integration readiness
Key requirements- 5-8+ years in technical pre-sales, technical account management, or solution engineering focusing on RFID, IoT, sensors, or automated supply chains
- Deep expertise in UHF RFID, sensor technologies, ARC testing, tag placement, and software/data integration
- Proven consultative sales record in a paired Commercial+Technical model
- Strong familiarity with large-scale retail supply chains and enterprise ecosystems (Walmart/Sam's Club preferred)
