Overview As a Cybersecurity Architect you will lead the architecture and design of advanced cybersecurity solutions to protect federal networks. You'll coordinate with a cross-functional team to translate IT needs into secure, scalable plans that balance mission requirements with security. The role focuses on designing hardened systems, reducing attack surfaces, and guiding tool selection across domains like IoT, Cloud, and AI-enabled security. Your work shapes offerings and helps customers mature cybersecurity capabilities at scale.

Responsibilities- Lead architecture and design of cybersecurity solutions for federal networks
- Coordinate with a cross-functional team to translate customer IT needs into secure plans
- Guide network and systems design decisions to balance security and mission needs
- Lead product selection initiatives across security domains (perimeter defense, zero trust, A&O, IAM, etc.)
- Engage with senior leaders (CISO, CIO, CTO) to ideate, build, and mature cybersecurity capabilities
- Contribute to development of cybersecurity service offerings and implementation roadmaps
Key requirements- 8+ years of cybersecurity experience
- 5+ years leading technical project delivery for large, complex organizations
- 5+ years in network architecture and design
- Experience architecting Zero Trust solutions and roadmaps per standards (NIST 800-207, DoD Zero Trust Reference Architecture)
- Experience leading product selection across perimeter defense, zero trust, A&O, AI, analytics, secure DevOps, IAM, or NAC
- Ability to interact with senior leaders and executives
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph
- DoD 8570 IAT Level III and IASAE Level II certification
- Ability to obtain DoD 8570 CSSP-IS certification within 30 days of start
