Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 7-10 years of benefit administration and/or HR experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- strong interpersonal skills for sensitive situations
- valid driver license with acceptable DOT driving record
- ability to attract, develop and retain talent
- PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification (desired)
- experience in self-funded insurance administration (desired)
