Overview In this role you drive landscape architecture across diverse projects that shape communities. You'll lead site analysis, planning, and design while coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver sustainable, community-focused outcomes. As a client-facing lead, you'll guide project delivery, marketing efforts, and construction administration within HDR's employee-owned culture. Responsibilities- Conduct site analysis, site planning, circulation, grading, storm drainage design and landscape design
- Serve as primary contact to clients, consultants and public agencies on assigned projects
- Coordinate with other disciplines, write/edit site and landscape specifications, and select materials
- Provide construction administration as needed
- Prepare marketing materials for obtaining work from internal and external clients
- Perform other duties as needed
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or Civil Engineering
- A minimum of 10 years experience
- Professional registration
- Experience with large-scale master planning
- AutoCAD and Photoshop
- Extensive experience in all phases of landscape architectural projects and their management
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and working in a team environment
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel
