Employment Law Attorney

In this role you will lead plaintiff-side employment law cases, shaping strategy and client advocacy. You work closely with a plaintiff-focused team to represent employees, draft and file documents, and navigate trials and mediations. You will stay current on employment law developments, mentor junior lawyers, and drive effective case outcomes. This position offers impact in workers' rights and a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

• Represent clients in employment law cases on the plaintiff side
• Draft and file motions and pleadings
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies
• Negotiate settlements and advocate in mediations and hearings
• Prepare for and conduct trials, presenting evidence and arguments
• Collaborate with support staff and junior attorneys to manage workload
• Stay updated on changes in employment law and relevant case law
• Mentor and manage junior attorneys

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Minimum of 5 years of employment law experience with plaintiff representation
• Experience with motions, trials, and litigation processes
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
