Overview

In this Oncology Account Specialist role, you will engage NSCLC/NMSC-focused physicians within assigned accounts to drive clinically informed selling and revenue growth. You'll collaborate with reimbursement and access teams to address customer needs and ensure compliant, policy-driven promotion. You will build strong account relationships, identify market dynamics, and lead cross-functional efforts to execute strategies aligned with brand and corporate objectives. This is a field-based, cross-team role offering meaningful impact in shaping treatment access and patient outcomes across academic centers and large practices.

Responsibilities
  • Engage NSCLC/NMSC specialists within assigned accounts and deliver clinical messages to grow brand share and revenue
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Regional Directors, OKALs, and Reimbursement Specialists to resolve customer needs and develop territory strategies
  • Conduct market profiling to understand regional healthcare delivery, influencers, and payer systems
  • Identify business opportunities and coordinate contracting pull-through with accounts
  • Build broad relationships within each account to understand objectives, goals, and challenges and map Regeneron resources to customer needs
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations and policies governing interactions and promotion of products
  • Demonstrate ownership and strong account management skills to drive performance and results
  • Support product launches and contribute to a compliant, results-driven sales culture
Key requirements
  • Bachelor in any field (3+ years oncology sales experience preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of oncology sales experience, NSCLC experience preferred
  • Buy and bill experience with biologics required
  • Experience with key NSCLC thought leaders or high-influence customers in group practices, academic hospitals, and key institutions
  • Proven clinical-based and account-based selling skills
  • Track record of success in complex, multi-stakeholder markets with high integrity and compliance
  • Results-oriented with experience in launches and ongoing revenue growth
