Client Litigation Specialist

Overview

In this role, you act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, handling escalated legal matters and delivering timely, accurate, and compliant client service. You coordinate workflows across legal, compliance, and operations to resolve issues and manage sensitive information across multi-jurisdictional processes. You stay organized, proactive, and client-focused, contributing to continuous process improvements. This position offers a meaningful impact on how we service clients while maintaining integrity and compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client escalations and inquiries
  • Update clients on case status, documents, and timelines
  • Coordinate with legal, compliance, and operations teams to resolve issues
  • Review, route, and track legal documents (e.g., complaints, motions, court orders)
  • Monitor escalated matters through resolution with accurate records and audit trails
  • Ensure timely, professional, and compliant responses to inquiries
  • Prioritize and manage daily workflow to meet deadlines
  • Assist in drafting client communications, reports, and summaries
  • Transmit legal documents to clients
  • Provide regular task status updates and escalate issues as needed
  • Support continuous improvement of client service and escalation processes
  • Stay current on state-specific legal requirements and procedure
