Treasury Management Officer- Middle Market- Vice President

Overview

In this role you build and grow treasury management solutions for commercial clients, forging deep relationships with bankers and clients to expand revenue. You will translate treasury product knowledge into localized market strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated working-capital solutions. You drive thought leadership and market visibility while ensuring portfolio profitability and managing non-credit risk. This position offers meaningful impact by shaping client-facing treasury strategies and partnerships across Core Cash, Card and Commerce Solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Grow revenue by prospecting and expanding treasury management business while retaining existing relationships
  • Lead strategic dialogues with clients, benchmarking and solution positioning to address client needs
  • Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior levels to deliver integrated treasury solutions in a consultative framework
  • Lead business process reviews aligned to sales opportunities and coordinate with industry solutions specialists
  • Suggest new solution ideas and influence product development from the client perspective
  • Deliver thought leadership on working capital solutions through roundtables, conferences, and webinars
  • Manage non-credit risk and monitor profitability across assigned relationships
Key requirements
  • 6+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience
  • Track record of developing new business and meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and risk processes, overdraft management, and pricing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients, COIs, and external partners
