Overview In this role, you serve as the primary client advisor for high-net-worth clients, crafting strategies across banking, lending, and investments to help meet financial goals. You coordinate with an extended advisory team to deliver tailored solutions and maintain proactive, ongoing client contact. You'll pursue growth by deepening existing relationships and sourcing new business through internal and external referrals. The role blends client-centric wealth management with community involvement, in a hybrid work setting. You drive impact by aligning client needs with Key's wealth offerings and adherence to policy.

Responsibilities- Act as the primary advisor recommending banking, lending and investment solutions to meet client goals
- Lead and coordinate the extended advisory team (trust, investment, planning) based on relationship complexity
- Develop deep understanding of client needs via data reviews, CRM, and meetings; translate into a financial plan
- Prepare and deliver client presentations and financial solutions through consultative reviews and regular touchpoints
- Achieve sales goals by expanding relationships, closing referrals, and capturing new business
- Maintain a disciplined prospecting approach and build a pipeline through referrals
- Engage with community organizations to source business opportunities and show commitment to the local area
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of wealth management products and competitive landscape
- Comply with KeyBank policies and conduct standard business ethically and in clients' best interests
- Perform other duties as assigned
Key requirements- 7+ years of proven sales and business development experience (required)
- Bachelor's Degree in business related field or equivalent work experience (preferred) OR Master's Degree in business related field (preferred)
- FINRA S7 and S66 licenses (preferred) or FINRA S63 and S65 licenses (preferred)
- CFP, CIMA, CPA, CFA, JD, CWS (preferred)
- Trust-building through proactive client-centric approach
- Strong client advisory skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Expert knowledge of Investments, Trust and Credit
- Knowledge of financial products and banking regulations
- Proficiency in analyzing financial statements
