District Manager

In this role you lead a district of 10+ high-production stores to drive over $100M in volume, guiding a large team of exempt and non-exempt associates. You'll recruit, mentor, and develop store leaders, resolve operational and HR issues, and push sales growth in alignment with TJX's culture. You'll collaborate with Loss Prevention to curb shrink and promote loss awareness. • Lead and manage a district of 10+ stores with >$100M annual volume
• Advise and oversee 30-60 exempt and 300 non-exempt team members
• Recruit, hire, and mentor emerging store leaders and management
• Resolve store-operational, HR, and merchandising issues promptly
• Grow sales and drive company initiatives while reinforcing company culture
• Collaborate with Loss Prevention to reduce shrink and increase loss awareness

• Five+ years of multi-store retail leadership with >$75M annual sales experience
• Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and human resources
• Proven ability to develop associates at all levels
• Degree in Business Management or related field preferred
• Hardworking and able to work under pressure
