Overview As Vice President in Investment Grade Finance, you help clients manage liability portfolios and optimize debt issuance strategies within a leading global bank. You work closely with client coverage officers and product partners to advise on timing, pricing, and restructuring decisions, while coordinating with syndicate, sales, and trading to execute debt offerings. You drive new business generation and lead deal execution, shaping integrated solutions for corporate and financial institution clients. This role combines client leadership, market insight, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver capital-raising outcomes at scale.

Responsibilities- Originate fixed income securities as part of clients' capital raising activities
- Provide integrated execution advice on debt issuance, marketing, timing, and pricing
- Align with bond originators to deliver cohesive solutions
- Coordinate with syndicate, sales and trading to price and place bonds
- Maintain direct dialogue with priority clients and coverage officers
- Lead deal execution and pitching as a core member of the team
- Engage across corporate finance topics and detailed execution for clients
Key requirements- 5+ years of investment banking/capital markets or related experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to interact confidently with clients, coverage bankers and product partners
