Responsibilities- Refine sub-assembly processes to reduce defects and costs
- Develop and modify manufacturing plans from engineering drawings for production and prototype articles
- Investigate non-conformances using root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Optimize machining strategies for CNC mills and lathes to improve efficiency and precision
- Collaborate with quality, production, tooling, and engineering teams to implement solutions and boost efficiency
- Support production operations and promote continuous improvement in manufacturing processes
