Overview In this role, you ensure daily contract compliance with project plans and specifications while maintaining quality-and-cost documentation. You will read and interpret plans, identify issues, and coordinate communications among the project team, contractors, and vendors. You assist in reviewing schedules and resource needs, and help prepare cost and progress reports for senior management. This position supports Wisconsin construction projects and aligns with a growth-focused, collaborative firm culture. You'll contribute to delivering safe, on-time, and within-budget outcomes for clients.

Responsibilities- Ensure daily contract compliance with project plans and specifications
- Read, interpret, and identify issues in project plans and contract documents
- Coordinate internal and external communications among project stakeholders
- Assist in reviewing contractor schedules and estimating resource and material needs
- Maintain planning and scheduling updates throughout the project lifecycle
- Support preparation of reports on costs, progress, risks, and opportunities for senior management
Key requirements- Bachelor in Civil Engineering
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Team player with ability to work in the country immediately
- Ethical decision-making and adherence to Code of Conduct
- Proven track record of safety compliance and adherence to health and harassment policies
