Overview In this role you will oversee the maintenance and reliability of the Seagraves facility to maximize production uptime and control costs. You will lead a maintenance team, align with site leadership on safety, quality, and CAPEX projects, and drive preventative maintenance and continuous improvement. You'll manage spares, vendor relations, and CMMS-based records to support consistent plant performance. The opportunity combines hands-on leadership with strategic project execution in a safety driven, manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities- Set goals and expectations for the maintenance team
- Support safety, quality, and audit compliance with production departments
- Identify and manage future CAPEX projects from initiation to execution
- Drive site improvement initiatives (energy/water conservation, carbon footprint reduction)
- Align maintenance strategy with ADM vision and deploy maintenance/reliability plans
- Maintain production equipment to design specifications and reliability
- Implement preventative maintenance and reliability activities
- Develop and manage maintenance budget and R&M spend
- Lead root-cause analysis and implement countermeasures
- Develop and analyze maintenance/reliability metrics
- Train operations personnel on maintenance best practices and equipment operation
- Manage storeroom and spare parts inventory; optimize parts availability
- Coordinate maintenance scheduling around production needs
- Maintain equipment and work history in CMMS; ensure documentation
- Oversee maintenance projects and asset reliability initiatives
- Lead, coach, and develop maintenance team through feedback and training opportunities
- Provide ad-hoc technical support as needed
- Manage recruiting, retention and employee engagement in the team
Key requirements- Recognized engineering qualification with electrical and mechanical knowledge or degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Strong experience in food, feed, or chemical production environment
- Experience managing a maintenance department with Safety, Health, Environmental, Quality, Production and Project management
- Proficient in asset management techniques
- Good knowledge of Microsoft applications and asset management software
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills with a results focus
- Strong communication and teamwork
- Thorough knowledge of machinery, instrumentation and electrical equipment
- Ability to move throughout the facility and work at heights
- Ability to work in indoor/outdoor environments, dusty/noisy/hazardous conditions
